Welcome to St. John's Episcopal Church

We welcome everyone to share in our worship, fellowship, mission and shared ministry here at St. John's. You are invited to worship with us on Sundays at 8:00 and 10:00 a.m. Church School classes begin at 9:45 a.m. and children join their families during the Offertory. Everyday of our life together begins with prayer and every Sunday the community of Christ gathers for the Eucharist as he asked us to do in memory of him. Our senior and junior choirs are growing as they seek to offer the best in praise of God.

We endeavor to offer a quality Christian education program for children and adults in which our faith is applied to the issues and concerns of the day. We seek to provide meaningful fellowship opportunities for young people that will be helpful to them in their growing years.

Our parish family is concerned about outreach and how we can as effective as possible to give witness to what we believe in tangible ways. Every effort is made to provide opportunities for hands on involvement in any outreach effort we support.

Our membership reflects a variety of people from differing religious traditions who have found a home in the Episcopal Church. We are a liturgical church that appreciates both a catholic and reformed heritage. Much of our faith and thinking is based upon scripture, tradition, reason and personal experience. It is our aim to provide an atmosphere where people may share their faith as well as their questions. It is our hope that the worshipper may be able to bring personal burdens and problems to the altar and leave refreshed and renewed in the knowledge that God provides support in our life journey.
