52 Ackers Avenue, Brookline
Founded by Homer Platt, has been serving the homeless and poor of Boston for 17 years at the Church of all Nations and now at St. John’s, Bowdoin Street. Almost 50 churches and organizations are involved in feeding those less fortunate. As a parish, we contribute financially and with direct volunteer involvement. Volunteers from St. John’s go into Boston multiple times during the year and help set up, prepare, and serve a nutritious meal to approximately 100 guests. We are currently looking for parish liaisons.
