St. John’s Choristers

For children:  The St. John’s Choristers sing several time a year at the 10 a.m. Sunday Eucharist, at the family services on Christmas Eve and Easter Day, as well as for some special services. This choir, for children grades 3 through 8, meets on Tuesdays at 4 p.m. from mid-September to mid-June. The Choristers practice good vocal technique, music reading skills, teamwork and leadership, all while having lots of fun. Our goal is to give these children a knowledge of and deep appreciation for the role music plays in the worship of the church and in their own spiritual lives. Parents of children interested in singing with St. John’s Choristers should contact the Organist/Director of Music, Monique Weiss Byrnes or call the church at 781-749-1535. No prior musical experience is necessary.
