St. John's Choir

For adults:  The St. John’s Choir sings weekly at the 10:00 am Sunday Eucharist and for special services throughout the academic year, such as Christmas, Holy Week and Easter, Evensongs, and Advent Lessons and Carols. The Choir rehearses on Thursdays at 7:30 pm, and consists of volunteers and professional section leaders. The choir’s repertoire spans six centuries of church music, from the Renaissance to the present. St. John’s Choir welcomes adults who can carry a tune and are willing to learn. No other experience is necessary. To raise our voices in song is one of the great ways we know to praise God for all the blessings in our lives.
