Homecoming is right around the corner and we have so many excited things planned for the St. John’s Community this year! And, if you’re a newcomer, we can’t wait to meet you!

Here’s a sneak peak at what we’ve got in store!

Sunday School! We’ll gather at 9:45 AM on Homecoming Sunday for Sunday School! Children will rejoin their families at the Peace. And don’t forget to bring your backpack with you (grownups too!) for The Blessing of the Backpacks during Worship. You can Register for Sunday School Here.
The Ministry Fair is Back! September 18th, get to know more about how you can be involved at St. John’s during our Ministry Fair.
Blessing of the Animals – Real & Stuffed! October 4th is the Feast of St. Francis. We’ll celebrate this Saint who cared for all creatures great and small on October 2nd. Bring your stuffed animals to be blessed during the 10AM worship hour, and your real ones to be blessed at 5PM.
Intergenerational Worship! Our first Intergenerational service will be October 30th – followed by Trunk or Treat! You can even wear your costumes to church!
Advent Wreath Making! Mark your calendar for the Sunday after Thanksgiving, AKA Advent I! We’ll gather together between the 8 and 10 AM services to make Advent Wreaths.
